Duke's first hike outside of mommy's tummy! Had a fun one in July with the Hopkins clan. Minus Johnny Bob and Zoie. They're not really hikers...

5 Months old!

Duke at 5 months old! I know I am WAY WAY behind but maybe once a year I'll find time to put some pics up. I'll keep the text short and just add some cute pics of my lil' man.

Duke's first big trip! CABO!

We travelled to Cabo last July for Dawn's wedding. We had such a good time. Took my parents to help with Duke which was awesome so we were able to get some alone time as well! Made the rehearsal dinner a little date night and I got to go to the bachelorette party! It was so easy travelling with a 4 month ol.d I dont think I would do it now that he's a BUSY toddler!

At Duke's 4 months check up he was 16 lbs 4 oz, 26 inches. Lookde great, handled his shots OK.

This sound made me SO happy today! This little guy just gets more and more fun everyday! I feel SO blessed!

Our Little Fish

Went swimming today! Technically it was our second swim date but I didn't have the camera the first time around.
I tried to get to teh pool quickly between naps, but got there at the end of his "awake" time. SO, you can see he gets a bit tired and shoves his thumb in his mouth. That's my cue to get the heck outta the water and feed the tired babe!!

Side note: ALMOST done with the condo! I cleaned for 5 hours tonight and all we have left is to vacuum and meet the carpet cleaners tomorrow! (Oh and move the tools out of the garage!)



This was how I knew we needed to get outta the water! Baby was tired!
